These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related features (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. If you are under 18 you must have parental or guardian consent to register and use the Service. By registering you represent and warrant that you are eligible and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Account Registration & Security
To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information, and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Using the Platform
We act as a platform connecting students, companies, and project owners. We do not employ students nor hire companies — we provide listing, application, and messaging tools. All offers, internships, placements, stipends, or hiring decisions are made directly between the parties; we are not a party to those agreements unless explicitly stated in writing.
4. Listings, Applications & Content
Companies posting internships are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. Students are responsible for the accuracy of their applications and profiles. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display content you submit for the purpose of operating the Service. We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
5. Payments, Pricing & Refunds
Some parts of the Service are paid (for example: Premium plans). Pricing is displayed on the site. Payments are processed via third-party payment providers; their terms also apply. If you purchase a subscription you agree to recurring billing when applicable. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy; in general refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed unless required by law.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: (a) impersonate others, (b) post unlawful or infringing content, (c) scrape or copy data from the Service, (d) send spam or harass other users, (e) attempt to bypass security measures. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All website design, text, graphics, code, and trademarks are our property or used under license. You may not reproduce or redistribute our proprietary materials without written permission. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license granted in Section 4.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., payment processors, training partners). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites; using them is at your own risk.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service shall be limited to direct damages up to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim; in no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

12. Termination

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (or replace with your preferred city).
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
